A LAYOUT TO SHAPE THE LANDSCAPE OF THE DIFFERENT FLOORS OF THE CAPELLI TOWERS IN BELVAL, LUXEMBOURG
In the heart of Belval, Luxembourg, the Capelli Towers stand to offer a breath of fresh air to this rapidly changing neighborhood. To enhance these two exceptional towers, we have designed a landscaping customized to enhance the urban dynamics of the area.
So, the realization of Corten planters and integrated seating provides visual harmony while ensuring the robustness required for such a project
Powder-coated aluminum roof terraces
For the landscaping of the Capelli Towers rooftops, we opted for aluminum bins 5mm thick, powder-coated in MARS 2525 color.
Indeed, this coating effectively protects against corrosion while ensuring a modern aesthetic. The curved panels and 40mm returns feature reinforcing gussets, guaranteeing stability and durability.
Moreover, each planter includes openings designed for maintenance and watering, thus facilitating the management of tall plants.
Thanks to these technical solutions, the unique architecture of the Capelli Towers is showcased all the way to the top.
Corten planters for the plaza
We leveraged our expertise in rolling, folding, and welding to manufacture various Corten steel base-less containers, 3mm thick, treated by blasting, activation, and stabilization.
Their design incorporates internal reinforcements and invisible fastenings, ensuring stability and a clean look. These planters blend naturally with contemporary architecture and the industrial identity of the Belval district.
Some models were also equipped with benches made of FSC-certified exotic wood, creating friendly break areas while meeting the project's sustainability requirements.
Designer seating and custom installation
Finally, we have provided rectangular and square benches in labeled exotic wood FSC, supported by anti-corrosion treated metal structures. Without visible screws, these seats enhance user comfort and match the clean style of the planters.
So, by associating Corten steel, powder-coated aluminum and Exotic wood, we designed a Landscaping at Capelli Towers Belval, Luxembourg resolutely contemporary.
